How was your week?
I wanted to have Sundays be Self-care themed on the blog, so I decided to draw some cards from the Self-care Oracle Deck for a little guidance on what we can do for ourselves for the upcoming week.
I noticed that a lot of the energies that were around during the week were subtlely nudging us to really visualize our dreams and plan our actions towards them. So, it’s no surprise to me that these cards came up to close out the week and start the new one.
Meditation is always a good practice because it allows us to really center ourselves, quiet down the mind, reconnect with how we’re feeling and it increases our feeling of overall wellness.
If you’re a visual person, like me, a vision board can be quite useful to really stay motivated and make a little plan of action for the things that you want to bring into your life. The wonderful thing about this is that you can make one for month, a timeless one or even a yearly one. Whatever your creative mind comes from, it’s good. If you don’t know how to make one, I have an article on it here.
If you’re working on creating abundance in your life, it’s a really good idea to sit down and look at your numbers, how much you’re spending and how you’re using your money can give you a very clear view of any changes that you could make. Sitting down and finding other ways of generating income can be quite inspiring! Reflect on what your relationship with money looks like and see if there’s any reprogramming that needs to be done, to clear out limiting beliefs.
Sometimes, self-care is not only about bubble baths and beauty routines, but the decisions that we make on a daily basis that benefit or harm the results we’re trying to achieve.
Have a wonderful week!
