Be mindful today. Think before you speak and listen with an open heart. You may feel attacked or judged but that might not necessarily be the other person’s intention, or you can be the one lashing out and possibly hurting other people.
Always remember we can never take back words that have been said. If you need to speak your truth, do so. But consider the impact it may have on others and try to keep the peace and harmony present.
