You may find yourself thinking back and possibly reviewing the past year, things that happened to you in the past or maybe even something that has been unearthed in the past 6 months, and that is not strange at all. Just because it’s a new calendar year, doesn’t mean that there’s a reset button for emotions and thoughts.
Just make sure you try and find the lesson learned. If there’s something that didn’t work out how you expected, ask yourself why that could have happened. If someone gets under your skin, ask yourself why it does. There’s always a lesson and a purpose behind everything. When you feel gratitude for even the hardest of challenges, you open yourself up to healing and understanding.
