Think of times when you’ve felt truly happy and ask yourself what was going on around you, what exactly made you feel so happy. Remember those feelings and relive them. There are times when inspiration can come from the past.
Look at the darkest of times in your life and look at everything you’ve accomplished since then. Review the lessons learned and see where you can apply them.
Much healing can come from this.
