Yesterday and today calls us to stop. Breathe. Be still.
Often, there’s so much going on around us (and in our own heads) that we become overloaded and frantic. This energy is a calming one.
It’s taking a moment to just be still. To quiet our monkey mind and just listen. In stillness and inaction, we can recharge too. Life doesn’t always have to be about actions. Sometimes the best thing we can do is nothing at all.
