You may be tempted today to bite your tongue, hold back or repress something today. Be very careful with this!
You know how when you hold something back, especially if it’s a part of YOUR truth, it festers, accumulates then picks the worst possible time to blow up? Has that ever had a good outcome?
Your truth is valuable and precious, it’s not above nor below someone’s elses, it’s different. It’s your own. When you bite your tongue when feeling the need to express yourself about your truth or your emotions, you’re not just bottling that energy up, but you’re actually denying your true self from showing and it can trigger feelings of frustration, anger or resentment. Trapped emotions or thoughts gain intensity the longer they are kept that way. That makes you vulnerable to aggressive, passive-agressive, destructive or violent outbreaks where you can actually do more harm than good.
Sharks are not violent creatures unless triggered or threatened. This can happen if you’re being overly guarding of your emotions and thoughts. Having someone get too close triggers that abrupt attack response. Ease up a bit if that’s the case, there’s no real damage letting someone come closer. Don’t snap. Not everyone is out to get you.
Make sure you’re not doing this to yourself either. Don’t consciously deny your truth to yourself. Accept, honor and embrace it. Be honest with yourself, and others. Peace and calm will precede as you continue to discover the depths of your path.
